Here's a NEW way to blast away bodyfat

I want to start this week by asking you three questions:

  • Are you tired of the gym?
  • Are you tired of training alone? (ipods don’t count)

If the answer is yes to any of those questions, then I’ve got an answer for you… the Absolute Boot Camp.

Every Tuesday, we host our own fat-blasting approach to total body fitness. We start bright and early at 7.15 and in each 45 minute session we’ll challenge you through a mixture of stretching, drills and strength exercises so that you push yourself as far as you can. You’ll burn anywhere between 500 and 1000 calories, and get to your desk feeling like you’ve really earned your breakfast.

Forget slogging away on the treadmill or queuing for machines. Our programme is a fun, high-intensity mix of fast-blasting exercise techniques which are guaranteed to turbo-charge your fitness.

If you’re not sure whether it’s for you, I’ll make you these promises:

  • You’ll get better results by training with other people (they’ll spur you on)
  • You’ll meet other like-minded people
  • You’ll be paired up with people of similar fitness levels
  • You’ll be training outside – away from the dodgy gym air conditioning
  • You’ll feel fantastic after every session
  • You won’t get shouted at

We’re not army guys. We won’t scream and shout. It doesn’t matter if you don’t think you’re in shape – it’s our job to get you in shape. The only thing you’ll hear from us is encouragement. We want you to get in the best shape of your life. And most importantly, we want you to have FUN.
