Are you tired of the gym? Are you tired of training alone? Are you looking to really get in shape this summer? By popular demand, we’re re-launching the Absolute Boot Camp, our fat-blasting approach to total body fitness.

Bootcamp training

We start every Tuesday at 7.15am, in the heart of the City. Each 45-minute session challenges you through a mixture of stretching, interval training drills and strength exercises. You’ll burn anywhere between 500 and 1000 calories, and get to your desk feeling like you’ve really earned your breakfast.

Forget slogging away on the treadmill. London’s best Boot Camp is a fun mix of fat-blasting exercises guaranteed to turbo-charge your fitness.

If you’re not sure whether it’s for you, we make you these promises:
